Michelle Willoughby

Michelle Willoughby is a Hero of Education because she is a dedicated teacher/ALLI coach that is passionate about student learning and achievement. Michelle is a leader, a collaborator, has a high-work ethic, positive, and an ALLI coach. Michelle has high expectations for work ethic and student accountability, and her classrooms are organized and well-managed where instructional time is maximized and students are always engaged in their own individual learning. Furthermore, Michelle is a leader and positive role model. Michelle is crucial in developing our teachers, so all classrooms have high-effective teachers. One of Michelle’s biggest assets is her caring for students living in disadvantaged/low-income communities. Michelle believes students can graduate from high school and a college or university, all it takes is hard work, dedication, and being persistent. Michelle is amazing and a true Hero of Education.
