Cada familia debe tener un plan de tutela/ custodia en caso de
una emergencia. Aunque nuestro deseo es que usted nunca
tenga que usar este plan, es recommendable que usted tenga
los documentos adecuados en orden, para reducir el estrés de
lo inesperado. Este taller le ayudará a crear un plan familiar
sin importar su estatus migratorio. Sin embargo, debido a los
retos adicionales que enfrentan las familias inmigrantes
compuestas de miembros con diferentes estatus migratorios,
también tenemos consejos y recursos adicionales para las
familias.
El Taller consistirá en:
- Entegrar materiales y paquetes de recursos
- Repasar el Formulario de Tutela/Custodia
- Consultas GRATUITAS con expertos legales para revisar y llenar el
formulario de Tutela/Custodia

Every Family must have a guardianship plan in case of
an emergency. Although our desire is that you never
have to use this plan, it is good practice to have the
appropriate documents on hand to reduce the stress of
the unexpected. This workshop will help you create a
family plan regardless of your immigration status.
However, due to the additional challenges faced by
immigrant families made up of members with different
immigration statuses, we also have additional advice
and resources for families.
The Workshop will include:
- Guardianship documents and other resources.
- Review the guardianship documents.
- Free Consultations with legal experts to helps you
review and fill out the guardianship forms.
(Please bring copies of childrens birth certificates,
and hospital and school records.)
