Hello,
I want to bring to your attention an event scheduled to take place on our school campus. Ms. Dolores Sheenway has been selected to receive a Presidential Award . The ceremony is scheduled for Nov 11th and our school has been chosen to be the venue.
To facilitate a smooth execution of the event a few logistics of the event will be shared with us closer to the event date. A vendor and event planner will meet with Juan and I to do a walk through on November 3 or 8. Moreover, on Nov 11th, they will need access to the kitchen and restroom therefore,we will need a custodial staff on site to support building access and cleanliness.
Juan, can you kindly assist in scheduling custodial support for Nov 11?
Itzel, please help in blocking our school calendar Nov 10th and 11th to avoid any scheduling conflicts?
